Ideal for smaller groups or couples.
Inspired by the landscape, designed by the iconic Byron Bay architect Christine Vadasz, the original residence is a private sanctuary capturing 360 degree views of the surrounding hinterland environment. Flooded with sunlight, the graceful interiors invite guests to gather, create and share memorable moments.
The Meadows Cottage is a private and intimate retreat, perfect for a couple or 4 guests. Secluded from the Meadows House, with it’s own magical hinterland outlook which is renowned for capturing enchanting sunsets accompanied by the calls of our resident black cockatoos. The cottage offers an inviting, romantic atmosphere.
Including the original Meadows House and the Meadows Cottage, the entire residence comfortably sleeps 14 people.

Originally a family-owned working orchard, the Three Meadows property is steeped with authentic, soulful and welcoming character. Seamlessly connecting the interior of the consciously designed spaces with the wild flowering native gardens and enduring hinterland outlook, feel as though you are at one with the landscape, enveloped in the calming Byron Bay hinterland.
Thoughtfully renovated with sustainability at its heart, the essence of our sanctuary is luxury in harmony with the natural world.
There is a natural connectivity between the buildings and the environment leaving you feeling as though you are nestled into the landscape.
The ground floor invites you to expand your view into the rolling meadows and the upper level bedrooms call you to feel like you’re cocooned in a treehouse, amidst the swaying leafy canopy.
The soft reclaimed timber elements, smooth curved lines, expansive windows, and consciously placed skylights which capture the sun path as it crosses the sky throughout the seasons, harmonise to create a sanctuary that encourages you to feel balanced and relaxed.
There are multiple shared spaces inviting intimate gatherings, in collaboration with various private break away sanctuaries for when you’re called to be alone with your thoughts.
